A483 Ruabon Closed Following Road Traffic Collision

The A483 near Halton Roundabout, Ruabon is currently closed following a Road Traffic Collision.

North Wales Police Control Room have tweeted to say that officers are dealing with the RTC and that the road is closed both northbound and southbound.

It is believed the incident involves ‘multiple vehicles’.

Sarah has also tweeted Wrexham.com saying the A483 between Ruabon and Chirk is ‘chaos’ in both directions.

Delays are expected until further notice and diversions are currently in place.

Wrexham Council have since tweeted that diversions between Ruabon and Chirk are expected to be in place until tomorrow.

UPDATE: The road reopened at 6am.
