Police are appealing for witnesses after a ‘nasty incident’ at the skate park in Gresford.

Local police said, “Were you at the Gresford Skate Park at around 5pm on Thursday August 20th? Did you witness a 13-year-old boy being approached by a group of young males and then being assaulted by a teenage boy?”

PC Katie Bellis said: “Thankfully the injuries were minor but we are keen to hear from anyone who recalls seeing this nasty incident.”

Police say the suspect is described as being 15-years-old, approximately 5’7 with ginger hair.
