Five more vehicles have been targeted by arson attacks overnight, following on from eight vehicles attacked overnight Monday.

Shannon sent us the top picture taken overnight of her car, saying: “Tonight our car was subject to being targeted by the kids setting cars a light, flames as high as my 7 month olds bedroom, she’s shaken up and two cars ruined, mine more than my partners, so glad everyone is safe though.”

Overnight there has been five further vehicle fires in Caia, within 2000 feet of each other in the area. Two vehicles were targeted initially on Montgomery Road, and then three on nearby Trevenna Way.

Jack Lucas posted a video of his car burning, with a message that points out: “Who knows what could happen next, could be houses set on fire next.”

Monday evening through Tuesday morning saw eight vehicles attacked in the Caia area, with a school minibus thought to have been one that was burnt out.

Due to the deliberate fire on Holt Road which caused damage to the BT communication box on Tuesday morning, many in the area are still without internet or other telecommunications.

If anyone has information about the incidents or those who may be responsible, please contact North Wales Police via the webchat system quoting reference W122239.
