The graph above may show a slight decrease over a 3 year period but in areas like Garden Village & Acton crime has exploded over the last 12 months.

Wrexham town centre is a no go area in Lord Street & the bus station area, no wonder there are empty shops, decent people will not shop in Wrexham because of ‘undesirables’ on the streets
Secondly, what do you suggest the commissioner does about these ‘increases’ in crime?
The buck stops at the top, he needs to sort it.

How about cutting 100 police officers & a helicopter at a nothing football match, that would pay for more feet on the streets!

Pretty sure if the prison was going to be in Shrewsbury, they would never in a thousand years have an open day in Wrexham
And I bet you’d be one of the first to complain if the Police turned up after the trouble kicked off !
NWP Now have a minibus full of 6/8 officers sitting in a layby opposite the prison site……not a protester in site!

The way Wrexham is going is alarming…..the town is a total mess. Its like a third world country!
Long gone are the days when we had a chief executive who went looking for good well paid manufacturing jobs like Sid Tongue.
Do we have a council leader these days?, if we do they should hang their head in shame as they are guilty of being in charge of the biggest cheapjack town centre in Great Britain!

He was not so keen supporting the new jobs at the prison development though!
