Very true, Theresa – I’m afraid some of them seem to take the attitude that if it drops on the floor when they are emptying the recycle bin it is not their problem and they just leave it there!
So true. I have noticed this seems to be getting much worse over the last year or so. We have two dogs ourselves but would never dream of not picking up after them whether it is on the pavement or on the field where we take them for a walk.
Not sure what the answer is, would certainly like to see someone caught and fined!
You would have thought that a school that has its name in Welsh would have the courtesy to use the Welsh language in a leaflet.
Oh, and the Welsh language is actually showing an increase in young people speaking it. After the last census “The Welsh government said it took some comfort from the fact there were considerable increases in younger children who spoke Welsh.”
Well done to all the candidates who replied. Those who couldn’t be bothered should hang their heads in shame. At a time like this when people are becoming disillusioned with politics I don’t think it was asking too much for them to make an effort to answer a few questions.
I live in the Smithfield ward – disappointed to see that neither of the candidates in my area could be bothered to reply.
I have been eligible to vote for 26 years and have NEVER failed to vote in any election, but this honestly makes me wonder whether it is worthwhile on 3rd May.
I will probably turn up and spoil my ballot paper (though it hurts me to say it.)
