A stupid question I know but will the increase in parking charges also effect the councillors and council staff paying their cheap parking rate at the moment or will they be put in a special catagory due to the fact that it would be a further financial burden for them

also perhaps they need to look to downsize the management team as they must have too many chiefs (who must be on very good salaries) for example :-

Director of Estates & Facilities plus team?

Executive Director of Planning & Performance plus team?

and I assume the list goes on and on and on.
