Always pick up our dog’s poo. I know someone who got fined for dropping a ciggie end (£70). the interesting thing here is that they could read the car number plate this time to identify the culprit but when the same person had her car damaged they couldn’t identify any of the other cars details!
Interesting enough when it comes to litter – what is the rubbish that the refuse collectors leave all over the streets in Bangor when they empty the wheelie bins? is this not litter and shouldn’t they be fined if they don’t pick it up?
