Same here, a simple and obvious choice.

At the moment a lot of drivers do stop at the Plas Coch end and give way, the problem occurs when you have idiots speeding through or the numpties who are intent on going in the middle of the road to avoid the sides.

Most people I know are quite happy once the job is done but I believe it’s a nightmare while they do it.

Perhaps because it isn’t being paid for by the tenant they are not as fussy as you would be if they were paying tradesman themselves.

Err ok, not sure what a quote from Father Ted has to do with anything other than you’re trying wayyyy too hard to be funny and failing miserably.
Forgodsake children, does it matter who was once here or there, the town is still crap!
Obviously matters enough for you to post.
Yesterday, I took a trip to a nice small market town which still retains a good sense of its position in the retail sector – Whitchurch. Lots of nice interesting shops and a pleasant atmosphere in the shopping areas. Attentive and polite staff too, it reminded me of somewhere I used to know about 30 years ago before it was gutted and shafted by greedy developers – oh yes, I think it was called WREXHAM!
As cmaj76 said if you prefer Whitchurch so much move over the border to it, then you can post your condescending posts on Whitchurch.com instead. All this “Wrexham was better years ago” is crap as well, the problems Wrexham have are the same for most towns our size.
It was Unipart who used to be across the road. They went bust last year.
Taffy is correct, Euro moved in that unit for a while until they moved across the road.
