“A report was introduced by Gwenfro Cllr Nigel Williams (Ind), lead member for economy and regeneration, followed by a presentation from Mo Aswat of Mosaic, the consultants hired to carry out the study.”

More consultants paid for by us the ratepayers. Consultants that use the same template for every town/city thats pays them. What makes Wrexham different at present is the international attention we are getting on the back of the Football Club’s success and backers. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌What can Mosaic add ? Don’t forget the council paid for consultants that said Waterworld needed to be pulled down , and Parking Consultants that would have no short term free parking in the town centre. Also we never knew exactly how much the Council paid to Price Waterhouse Cooper who were consulted about ‘transformation ” under the previous Chief Executive. Their very expensive template was sold to a number of Welsh Councils, and only revealed by an investigative TV programme.
