We need someone with a proven track record in attracting jobs and industry. Someone who understands the changing high street who has a strategy to create a vibrant Town Centre, as only those towns with a unique character will survive and thrive. They would also have an ability to prioritise the needs of the people of Wrexham before spending on vanity projects. Someone who has successfully bid for money from the wide variety of sources available , knowing where the money streams are. Someone with vision!
Are you describing the Chief Executive of Flintshire — why nit joiin the role and cover the two counties as their are already lots of cross boundary services. Could save £100k or two teacher / socil work jobs
If the Strategic Director can step up to Chief Executive for 6 months — will anyone backfill her role – if it is vacant it really shows an over staffing at that level.
does anyone really think that the new chief exec will be any different to the last one?
the decision will be made by pritchard and bithell and they will employ someone that they can continue to manipulate to their own personal gain.
money will continue to be frittered away in rhostyllen and johnstown
council jobs will be continue to be cut while punch and judy fight amongst themselves for power
people need to wake up and realise what these two jokers are doing to the town
I think I’d be a great Chief Executive Officer….
I’m crap with money
Can’t lie straight in bed
Always answer a question with another question
And if I was to say “Good morning, Good day or Good evening”….
Make sure you have a good look outside first!
