The traffic lights on the Chester Road /Grove Road junction have been broken for well over a week. Workmen seem to appear , open the control box and sort the wires but fail to effect a reconnection. The warning signs for motorists are poor , two are covered by foliage another blown the wrong way round by the wind! Advance notice further up the road would be better than the tie on signs on the traffic lights themselves. How much longer are they going to be out and why have they failed to repair them before now ?
