As you are meeting with Jill Harris a member of the BCUHB at the end of April , why don’t you get all the North Wales MP’s and Welsh Parliament members to join in your meeting. Health is a devolved matter so nothing will be achieved without proper co-operation. Westminister and Cardiff need to work together on this one if any progress is to be made and further deterioration prevented. In your next column maybe tell us the questions you asked her and the replies , open communication is always helpful to understand the problems.

Fully agree – the various politicians of all parties need to get together and listen- if people think Labour are doing a bad job (which I think they are) then instead of always criticizing then tell everyone what your solutions are and work on them in a united plan.

Why is Ms Atherton only meeting the Interim CEO she is part of the old regime before all those Board Members were sacked by the Health Minister – why is she not meeting with the Chair as he is the one that the Health Minister has put in place to sort out Betsi.

Gill Harris, worked in the Maelor Hospital during covid, so it’s someone Sarah Atherton probably knows.

Gill Harris was Deputy CEO during COVID and could have been on any BCU site.
