Why close the recycling centre’s in Wrexham, just make them appointment only like they did at Brymbo it worked fine. Book an appointment turn up on time no contact with the people who work there.

If they don’t open they can stand the staff down or use them elsewhere.

The sites are operated by a private contractor FCC Environmental. A Spanish company based in Barcelona. So the Council cannot use the staff.
