    Well I’m certainly not jealous maggy. No offence but Marford or Rossett do not appeal to me at all and wouldn’t to my friend either. Each to their own I suppose :D

    Has your friend found anywhere he likes yet? The new houses on Maesgwyn Road are very nice big houses. Trouble is they are near the Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Units of the Maelor!

    That’s a no no then WD. After numerous visits to Wrexham he is still undecided. He viewed 2 houses on the Fairways estate but didn’t like the big estate feel and how much they were overlooked for the money. The short list is Borras, Acton, Gresford area. He will be viewing more houses over the coming few months. It seems like a pretty good time to buy as house prices around here seem to have fallen quite a bit!

    The value of the £ has dropped as well, so with the asking prices dropping and the value of the currency used dropping – plus with finance cheap, hes in a good position!
