Anyone now were the deyails can be found about how much the Council are going to make from the site

I would guess the land remains owned by the council, and would be leased to the solar company as well as the farmer for grazing.

I support the principle of these Solar Farms and as the Council have other plots — what would be the potential for all their fields to be converted and what impact would it have on having funding to reinvest int Council services.
