Are these the same company that give out littering tickets in Wrexham?

The council might need to take a closer look at the company and its contract with it. It might explain the overeagerness in the town centre, and neglect to adequately fulfil their duties in areas with a similar problem in the outskirts of town that are more difficult to resolve!

100% Agree. These rent-a-bully litter cops are just further driving out shoppers from town and unfairly targeting the worst off. Everyone else is going to the likes of Broughton and Cheshire Oaks etc… where they can shop in a relaxed and free from oppression environment. Fines are being issued and the threat of a criminal record are being issued for trivialities such as receipts or tissue blowing out of people’s pockets or bags on windy days.

Also, for all the negativity and nastiness associated by these legal muggers, the Council are only raking in 11% of the fines. They’d have had a fairer deal going into the business with Hells Angels or the Mob.
