Traffic within town has increased sadly over the last forty years, Roads that once allowed us all to drive through town have been pedestrianized and what roads are left tend to deteriorate quicker than most countries due to higher volume of traffic and our unpredictable winter and summer weather.
Perhaps we could have a scale of one to ten set in the council for potholes depending on size and depth ? then hopefully the ones would be done quicker than the twos etc, just a suggestion ? any more thoughts ? without having to raise my council tax to the gross national income of a small African country ?

The only thing about repairing potholes in order according to size Halfman would be fuel, dodging from one end of town to another.

How much more money are they going to throw at King street? Why do they have to plonk new developments everywhere?

Because we evolve as a society. Lets face it, nostalgia is a thing of the past.

New developments are fine if there are businesses to fill them. Why not fill the empty shops first and then, if there is a need, build new developments.

I appreciate that nostalgia is not what it used to be but the history is being ripped out of this town and its losing its mojo fast!
