Great questions for the forum if any councillors are brave enough to sign up.

The treatment of the markets have been the subject of a number of reports and Council strategies in the past 10 or 20 years, or even further back (eg the removal of the old market, and the building and opening of The Peoples Market).

Those reports and strategies, set out how trade in markets should be developed, traders, consumers, returns – how is performance against the case that was set out?

This can equally be applied for other subjects?
