Congratulation to honest Council Officer

Reading the report on Wrexham.com about Council Officer Trevor Coxon’s honest statement about the impact and pressure on the staff in his team makes you wonder whether he would have been so open if it was not for the fact that he is leaving.

He seems to have been outspoken on a couple of issues recently, looks like those who are leaving feel they can talk more openly as they have nothing to lose– Trevor should be encouraged to keep this up as it may help others to feel they are able to do the same.
