Roads around the city have been fitted with traffic census cables. Who has initiated this and at what cost? Might have been useful before they decided on which roads to make 20mph zones. Usually such surveys are carried out to aid decisions on future road works but as Senedd has no money for road projects and Wrexham Council has a multi million pound black hole, what’s the point ?
