    It’s one of those questions isn’t it – How many executive board members does it take to change a town centre light bulb?

    What are we not being told — why has it taken till the week of a Council Executive for the CAB to make any kind of appeal to the public — why has there been no canvassing of the Councilors by the clients who have used CAB. CAB have known for three years – why so much silence?

    That’s my negatives – as I believe CAB does provide a valuable service that if it goes many people in Wrexham will lose out- much certainly cant pay the £300 to the Council Welfare Rights Service.

    Let’s hope the debate remains as Part one although the Council’s history on finance to do with organizations has always been to move to Part 2 — what has changed..
