How on earth do you manage that in a 30 mph area?

Also, how many more lorries are going to tip over around Wrexham before someone is badly injured or killed?
I recall 3 skip or wood recycling lorries overturning in the last year, one at the same roundabout as the latest lorry. Did the police take any action over overloading, wrong distribution of weight or speeding against any of the drivers involved? I don’t remember seeing anything in the press afterwards.
