    A good point Katy, but no one has commented on this, and of course Wrexham is even lower (and has been all along) than the Wales averages. Grim Reaper Really.

    115 People have very sadly died in Wrexham over a six month period of Covid out of a population of 136,000

    Last year 665,000 people (world wide) died of flu not easy to find the exact numbers in this country, but its more than have died this year of Covid.

    39 men and 39 women sadly die of Cancer every week of the year.

    Idiots posting on facebook that they have downloaded exception cards ( even though they are not exempt)

    I don’t know if it’s possible for the local authorities or government to issue official exception cards that are only issued to genuine people!

    I also hope the supermarkets enforce masking wearing!

    Those who have an age, health or disability reason for not wearing a face covering should not be routinely asked to give any written evidence of this, this includes exemption cards. No person needs to seek advice or request a letter from a medical professional about their reason for not wearing a face covering.

    Some people may feel more comfortable showing something that says they do not have to wear a face covering. This could be in the form of an exemption card, badge or even a home-made sign.

    This is a personal choice and is not necessary in law.
