This is a massive dilemma with increasing demands, staff working their socks off to look after patients at a time when there are ‘less’ resources. What I can’t understand is that if Wales is getting the same pro rata allocation as England for Health why do we have the problem in Wales? Is it that the Welsh Government are using funding intended for health in some other way – if this is the case were is it being spent because we seem to have the same issues with Social Care and Education the other big budget lines.
Are we really having out far share or is their a big black hole in the finances of Wales. Can someone explain
