PAR Project
Location: Clays Golf Centre
Date: 12th November – 17th December
Time: 5.30pm – 7pm every Wednesday for 6 weeks.
Details: Are you 16-25? Would you like to learn how to manage stress, keep yourself well and recognise unhelpful thinking?
PAR is a six week programme in the style of guided self-help, with the aim of improving mental well-being. Alongside this, a professional coach shall teach you Golf.
Transport is also available if required. There’s no need to have played before – come and give it a go!
