In this Thursday’s (January 23rd) FREE to attend Live Music Showcase in Ty Pawb, we are in for another extra special treat when singer songwriter, Mair Thomas from Oswestry will perform a recital of traditional Welsh and English songs, a number of which have been composed by Mair herself.

Mair is a very popular, award winning artist in the regional music scene and has featured in several BBC programmes and also performed at the Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod . She has recently released her new cd of traditional and self-penned songs with tracks in both English and Welsh. The concert starts at 1pm and will be performed in Gallery 2 in Ty Pawb.
