We are thrilled to welcome students from the Junior Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester to perform a recital concert at Live Music Showcase this Thursday at 1pm. 16 year old Wrexham born Jacob Philp (Piano) will be joined by 18 year old Alexandra Clarke (Flute) from Kirkham and Gwydion Rhys (Cello), who is 16 and from Bethesda. They will each perform a recital of music including works by Shostakovich, Chopin, Larsson, JS Bach, Gaubert, McGuire and Beethoven. These are very talented musicians and we are looking forward to a wonderful concert. We expect a very large audience so we suggest getting to Ty Pawb early to make sure of a seat

Coming up in our Live Music Showcase concerts through to Christmas are pupils from Moreton Hall School (5th December), Chris Sims and a piano recital (12th December) and a Christmas ‘Extra’ Special with KC Valentine (19th December), who is currently performing with the Glyndebourne Opera Company.

We look forward to seeing you on Thursday and please do encourage your friends and neighbours to come and enjoy these lovely FREE to attend Thursday lunchtime concerts in Ty Pawb.
