Hatha Yoga with Steph
Location: Hightown Community Resource Centre
Date / Time: Thursdays 6 til 7pm
Come & enjoy a Hatha yoga session involving a mix of breathing techniques, postures and relaxation, designed to develop strength, flexibility and balance not only in the body, but also within the mind and soul.
Please bring your own mats & a drink to keep hydrated.

This is a mixed ability class, with no pressure and you are encouraged to go at your own pace, so beginners are welcome. The class will help to raise your own self awareness and self esteem.
