Details: Groundwork North Wales began its programme of free, local, led walks on Friday 20th February.

Each Friday, between 11am and 1pm, a gently-paced, social walk will take place at one of Wrexham’s country parks to enable all taking part to enjoy the health and wellbeing benefits of being active in our local, green, outdoor spaces, to meet new people and have fun along the way!

The walks, which will be led by trained Walk Leaders, will be between 1 and 2 miles long, and may include some gentle inclines.

Accompanied children and dogs are welcome.

Please bring along your own drinks/refreshments and suitable footwear and clothing for the weather conditions.
