We were tweeted regarding several sirens heard in the direction of Llangollen. Reports on social media informed us that ‘youths were stuck on rocks in the river’ and other reports of someone falling in the river.

The Fire Service confirm they had a call out just after 4pm to people stuck on the rocks in the river, with local units attending however a specalised unit from Deeside being called in. There are no injuries reported, just that the people are stuck.
