Wrexham Football Club to hold Open Day on Monday – with open training session
All Wrexham fans, and would be new fans, are invited to come along to the Racecourse on Monday evening (30th July) to watch an open training session with Sam Ricketts and his first team squad.
Gates to the bkoncepts stand open at 4.30pm for the start of festivities, with a question and answer session in the Centenary Club with a panel headed by Sam Ricketts planned for 7.45pm.
As well as having the opportunity to meet the new manager, fans will have the opportunity to have a look around the facilities around the ground.
On the Mold Road side, fans will be able to view the history boards and 2014 150th Anniversary mosaic; have a look at the 1864 hospitality suite; the DSA Platform; and the control box where the crowd monitoring takes places.
The club say you will have the opportunity in the bkoncepts Stand to view the away team dressing room; meet Phil Davies in his physio’s room; and meet our new Head of Performance Alun Andrews, who will explain their role to fans.
Fans can also then go upstairs and visit the board room, where a club director will be on hand to welcome fans and answer any questions that are asked of them on Football Club business.
In the Bamford Suite a Trust Board member will be there to greet fans, who will be able to view match day hospitality that will be on offer. Tables will also be set out, and fans will also be able to view the Club’s Hall of Fame.
The club shop will of course be open, allowing you to stock up on shirts and scarfs (ideal for this hot weather!) ahead of the forthcoming promotion season.
