Woman & Two Children Involved in Ruthin Road RTC

A woman and two children were involved in a collision on a busy Wrexham Road during rush hour this morning.

Just before 9am this morning emergency services were called to a road traffic collision near Gerrards Bakery on Ruthin Road.

A woman and two children were involved in the collision, however they are not thought to have sustained any serious injuries.

A spokesman for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: “We were called at just before 08.55am this morning to reports of a road traffic collision near Gerrards Confectioners, Ruthin Road, Wrexham.

“We responded with an Emergency Ambulance and an adult female and two young children were checked over at the scene but were not conveyed to hospital.”
