Police are appealing for two women who came to the aid of a man assaulted in Wrexham last month to come forward.

The assault took place around 12.45am on December 1 when the man sustained a head injury outside Snowdon Halls on Vicarage Hill in Wrexham town centre.

Two women are understood to have come to his assistance and police would like to speak to them as potential witnesses to the assault.
