Warning of road closures ahead of maintenance works on Llan-y-Pwll Link Road

Motorists are being warned of a series of road closures on the Llan-y-Pwll Link Road from next week.

Maintenance works will be taking place along the A5156/A534 from Monday July 27 to Friday August 7.

The works will be staggered between roundabout junctions along the road starting on the link between JCB and Gourton Hall roundabout and then along final leg between Borras Head and Gresford roundabouts.

As a result the day time works will see some lane closures in place.

A spokesperson for Wrexham Council said: “We apologise for inevitable delays and disruption and we ask that you bear with whilst this essential work takes place and allow extra time for your journey.”
