Warning after CCTV catches group of youths entering Brymbo Heritage Site at night

A warning has been issued after CCTV footage captured a group of youths entering a local heritage site late one evening.

NWP Wrexham Rural says it has obtained the footage of the individuals accessing the Brymbo Steelworks Site on Thursday night.

A statement posted online by a local PCSO, reads: “Please can I remind all persons that Brymbo Hertiage Site is locked at night for safety reasons, mine shafts in the area and dangerous surroundings. Please keep out.”

It is also noted that police have also received reports of antisocial behaviour on the Plas Brymbo estate.

Any further information about either incidents can be reported to North Wales Police on 101.
