Power cut in Ponciau – after Gresford was without power this morning

The second ‘unplanned electricity fault’ of the day has his Ponciau.

Update: SP Energy Networks say ‘supplies have now been restored to customers affected’.

SP Energy say: “This has been caused by a fault on our electrical network and is affecting properties in Ponciau, Johnstown and surrounding area.”

Supplies are expected to be back by just before 1pm.

Earlier today Gresford north to Darland suffered a ‘unexpected fault affecting a number of customers over a wide area’ from around 3am, with a fix being put in place just before 7am.
