North Wales Police are offering free Catalytic Converter Security Marking to the owners of 4×4 vehicles and commercial vehicles in the Wrexham area.

The offer is in response to thefts from motor vehicles where 4×4 vehicles have been targeted.

There are 47 kits left, so the service is being offered on a first come first served.

PC Dave Allmark said: “We are urging owners to have a kit fitted to their vehicle and to be vigilant. This is a great offer and we would encourage 4X4 owners to take advantage of it.

“Please contact Minera Tyres & Exhausts on 01978 757052 quoting ref: NWP CAT KIT.”
