Photo Album Containing ‘Rare’ Stamps Found In Wrexham

The owner of a photo album containing a number of rare stamps is being sought after the item was discovered just outside the town centre.

Yesterday morning North Wales Police tweeted to say that the book had been found the Pen Y Bryn area of Wrexham.

The green photograph album (pictured below) features a number of rare and unique stamps.
