Traffic Issues After Lorry Crash At Posthouse Roundabout
An overturned lorry has closed part of the ‘Posthouse’ Roundabout on the A483/A55.
Update 7pm: The latest information is that the junction will be affected until 9:30pm this evening as recovery work and carriageway works are ongoing.
As people have avoided the area the back roads and other routes have been affected, with some people delayed for hours:

UPDATE 4:15pm: Traffic England have updated stating that it could take until 7:30pm this evening before recovery of the vehicle is complete. Traffic is moving slowly in the area, and delays are expected until the roads reopen fully.

Shortly before 12:45pm a number of people contacted Wrexham.com regarding an incident on the roundabout
The incident has resulted in the closure the exit slip road on the Posthouse Roundabout.
Simon tweeted Wrexham.com to say: “Overturned HGV on the post house roundabout causing tailbacks Wrexham bound. Strong smell of fuel when passing.”
Trevor Jones sent us the following two pictures of the incident:
Fern Williams added that: “Coming from Chester to Wrexham can’t access carriageway as lorry overturned. Emergency services are at scene.”

Long delays and queuing traffic are expected as a result of the incident.
Cheshire Police have since tweeted to say: “Police, Amb & HA in attendance. Road closure in place – expected until 16:00-17:00.”
The driver was taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital with what has been described as “minor injuries”.
