Man Arrested Following Attempted Burglary In Brynteg

A man has been arrested following an attempted burglary in Brynteg yesterday.

Wrexham.com followers reported a heavy police presence in the Brynteg and Moss Valley area at around 3pm yesterday with the police helicopter hovering overhead.

North Wales Police confirmed that an attempted burglary had taken place in Poolmouth Road, Brynteg and that a man was later arrested.

Chris Myers (@CrazyChris007) was the first to alert us tot he situation, he said: “Police Helicopter flying pretty low over Brynteg,possibly Galaxy Grove/Genedine Close Estate.”

Neil Lush (@neillush) said: “Lots of police cars patrolling the Moss Valley area, wonder what’s goin on??!”

Matthew Jones (@matyjones214) told us he later saw forensic teams in the area.
