Popular dinner party show ‘Come Dine With Me’ is coming to North Wales – only this time the series is looking for couples to compete against each other for a cash prize.

The hit Channel 4 show ‘Come Dine With Me’ is returning for a new series and producers are looking for three couples from North Wales to take part in the well known show.

Over the course of three nights, three couples who are enthusiastic amateur chefs, who don’t know each other, take it in turns to host a dinner party for the other two couples. At the end of the week the best host couple wins a £1,000 cash prize.

A spokesperson for Come Dine With Me said: “The shooting week is the week commencing 13th April. The deadline to apply is 14th March, as the producers will be looking to interview people the week starting 16th March. However we normally ask people to send in their application forms way before this deadline because they do an initial phone chat with applicants before visiting them for an interview.

“Additionally, they have got to be in a relationship and want to apply together – so no friends or relatives applying as a couple. Lastly, neither can we trained as a professional chef as this would give them an unfair advantage as you can imagine.”

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and you must not be professionally trained as a chef!
