Do you have an idea for a new project in you community? If so, Wrexham Council’s adult social care department might be able to help.

One-off small grants are available to help support the development of community-based activities or lunch clubs, run by volunteers, where people can regularly meet up.

Activities like this give opportunities for social interaction and stimulation, reducing isolation and enriching lives.
