Drugs and large quantity of cash seized during warrants in Cefn Mawr

Drugs and a large quantity of cash have been seized by police during a series of warrants.

Officers from Rhos NPT (Neighbourhood Policing Team) carried out the searches in the Cefn Mawr area yesterday.

Police say that cocaine, cannabis and a large quantity of cash were recovered.

One person was also arrested.

A statement posted by NWP Wrexham Rural online, added: “We wish to make it clear that this sort of behaviour will not be tolerated in our local communities and that further action around this issue will be taking place.
