Dog Owners Reminded To Clean Up After Pets Or Risk A Fine

Dog owners in Wrexham are being reminded to clean up after their pets or risk a fine.

Police and council officers are currently working together to tackle the ongoing problem of dog fouling in Rhosllanerchrugog and Johnstown. The problem has become a particular concern in and around parks in the area.

Dog fouling, apart from being anti-social is also a danger to health and safety .

Dog walkers are being advised to make sure that the mess is picked up and placed in the bins provided in the parks or face a £75 on the spot fine.
