A special event held in memorial of a young man who lost his life in Wrexham is to take place later this month.

On Thursday 30th October an event titled ‘A Night Of Music For Pablo’ will take place in memory of 25-year-old Sion Davies, who sadly lost his life on October 11th.

The event has already generated a great deal of interest on Facebook, with 282 people (at time of writing) stating they will be attending the event.

‘A Night Of Music For Pablo’ Facebook page states: “Let’s all get together everyone for this night of music for Pablo. He was loved and liked by us all, so please come and show your support for Pablo and his family, who have been overwhelmed with with all the support everyone as shown to the family.”

The line-up for the event features Luke Gallagher, Damon Manuel and Setting Sons.

Organisers are also looking for local business and companies to donate raffle prizes to help raise funds for the event.

Louise Haggarty, who contacted us regarding the event said: “The event is being held in memory of Sion Davies (Pablo) who was killed last weekend in Queens Park.

“If anyone would like to make a donation then please put them in touch with me via [email protected].”

The event will take place at Penny Black on Thursday October 30th at 7.30pm, with tickets priced for the event at £5.
