Appeal After Man In Sixties Assaulted In Hightown

Police in Wrexham are appealing for information after a man was assaulted outside his home in Hightown.

The incident happened at around 7.45pm on January 14th in Norman Road, Hightown, after he asked a group of youths to stop sitting on his garden fence.

As they left one of the youths threw a punch at the resident, who is in his sixties, leaving him with cuts and bruises to his face.

The youths who were wearing dark clothes headed off in the direction of Nelson Street.
