A lowish fly past by a large transporter plane ‘shook’ peoples rooms and woke people from their sleep late last night.

Just before midnight the russian built four-engined turboprop transport aircraft zoomed over the area at a relatively slow 200mph ‘shaking the bones’ of people below.

It has been described as ‘genuinely awful’, ‘sounding like a plane in trouble’, and someone else fearful a plane was crashing into their house.

The above grab from FlightRadar24.com shows the route taken by the plane, which started at around 19,000 feet above the town.

The aircraft is operated by Ukraine Air Alliance (UAA), and appears to have been flying out from Prestwick, to a destination as of yet unknown.
