57 year old motorcyclist from Wrexham area dies after Bala crash

Police have confirmed late this evening that the motorcyclist involved in the road traffic collision on the A494 at Bala this afternoon has sadly died.

The family of the 57-year-old man from the Wrexham area have been informed, but no further details are available at present.

The collision, involving the motorcycle and a car, happened at 3.09pm today.

Sgt Nicola Grimes-Williams said: “We are keen to hear form anyone who may have seen the motorcyclist riding along the road prior to the collision this afternoon and we are appealing to any drivers who may have dashcam footage to come forward.”
