i do really think the banter and exchange of views enlightening.

but the underlying thing to me is the plain fact that something uneconomic and plainly against the wishes of the local community has been forced through by a few who had not considered the financial costs and impact it would have.

it is unfortunately a consistent theme in the local villages. badly thought out half baked plans are the norm.

have heard a whisper that one of justifications for the travellers site is ” dont laugh” that there is a bus stop nearby. can someone please pass the message that by travellers they do not mean by bus. of course the may collect bus licence plates.
here on planet earth one may wonder do we have a committee of silly ideas. are the paid as well ?

the whole idea of these parking charges meant to make raise money for the councils budget is a complete farce.
here we have people who have no background in commerce or business thinking because they are councillors they are all of a sudden donald trump.
what background data was collected by these two before making the decision.what impact assessment.
its not just the pound charge its the total investment in the installation of the machines, the cost of collection amd maintenance. the supervision of illegal parking.
very few people park there now. so its a massive financial loss.
made by two bumpkins why on earth are complete and utter amateurs allowed to bully this type of thing through.
some people used to go there three times a day for the benefit of the above that is 3 pounds.

yes the people do normally pay at country park and i for agree with this as long as it has a toilet facilities alyn waters has not.

unless one has tries to turn right at this junction at busy times it is impossible to comment.
you have to get in a box “unmarked” whilst oncoming traffic are trying to turn into a similar box ” unmarked behind you.
if a car in the oncoming Que lets you turn right the other oncoming cars undertake whilst you are turning.
if you wait until all oncoming cars clear you will have blocked the road from all directions.

its dangerous, badly planned and thought out. and is simply not for offhand judgements.

and no not all communities are having large developments and those that are have had inward investment. this is not planned for llay.

the police station will add to the traffic problems

I refer to comments of our council leaders regarding the rejection of the planning application at home farm llay.

Leslie griffiths states that it is in fact wrexham councils responsibility in the there failure to submit a L.D.P
This is typical behaviour from such assembly members who care so little for Wrexham.
Free available information from the assembly points out wrexham having a submitted L.D.P thrown our and told to re submit one with more housing.

This to me is not local democracy. but bullying.

What people seem unable to accept that the roads around llay and rhosrobin are mostly built for rural traffic, and are already choked at busy times.

Pleased drive up the llay main road towards the the traffic lights at the crown and try and turn right on the gresford road, if you do try you will have to filter into a ghost lane and sit there, whilst traffic is heading directly towards you, many are wanting to turn “in your lane” and many are very large lorries it dangerous and inept planning.

One solution we have been told is a roundabout who on earth comes up with these madcap ideas.

The plan is i repeat is outside the L.D.P the welsh assembly cannot bypass this law against people wishes unless they want to bypass the democratic process and possibly human rights.

The local schools are full period. so are the heath centres and a bit a bullying will not fix it.

For goodness sake if we must build the only available feasible place must be very near the main routes.

And yes we do now know who is pushing this madness through against local and our own council wishes.

The welsh assembly want houses built without investment in infastructure, carwyn and his mates would rather invest in a vanity project like cardiff airport
