Llayby lillyParticipantHi folks, just have a look at this article and see what the NHS under Labour are up to. Think about this tomorrow when you cast your hard fought vote. Labour have systematically ruined our beloved NHS in Wales and only our friend Boris can put it right.

Actually, it’s the Tories that have seriously damaged the NHS. It’s their Health and Social care Act 2012 that set the miserable ball rolling. Privatisation full steam ahead under them.
I’m a t1 diabetic who noticed superb care under Labour, but since 2010? You’ve probably noticed it too – much longer to get a GP appointment, much longer waiting times in A&E, more cancellations, much fewer hospital beds, longer times to see a consultant. The Welsh NHS is struggling to contain the damage flowing from England.
Who was elected in 2010? The Tory coalition Government. Boris now after 9 years in government promising to save the NHS? Don’t make me laugh, only a bird-brain would fall for that. I’m voting Labour.

BenjaminMParticipantSo we (or rather you) totally ignore the chaos in NHS England that has been created under a Tory government?
I don’t think Boris and Co. have any right to criticise what happens here in Wales.
Partisan as you may be Lilly, you do spout a lot of shite.
I’ll stick with what we’ve got as it has always served me and my family well and I am sure will continue to do so.
The last thing any of us need is the intervention of a right wing Trump loving idiot, who would in all likelihood Sell out to private American enterprise at the earliest opportunity.

JPParticipantI`ve met Borris, at party events.
As captain of the UK, I think the sex Pistols best summed up his fitness.
Vote for anyone else.

wrexviewParticipant“The First Minister repeated what he’s said in response to similar questions – that appointment of management consultants was taken on the advice of the Senedd’s Public Accounts Committee. He made no apology at all for ensuring the NHS works as well as it can whilst investing record amounts of money in health services.” Quote Daily Post
Mark Drakeford, passes blaim for spending on consultants to the Public Accounts Committee, and shows delusion when he states “the NHS works as well as it can” implying there will be no improvement! He of course will only be called to account at the next Assembly Elcetions !

zingerParticipantI can’t speak for the English NHS but our major appointments for cancer & heart problems are with Christies & Broadgreen in England. Orthopaedic patients go to Gobowen. That is why I am so against the NHS coming under Welsh Assembly ruling no matter which political party rules it. Just the other day, TV news told of an aged Welsh speaking gentleman being sent to a specialist dementia care home in England. We would be in a mess if we couldn’t call on English services. Wasn’t there some problem about the Countess of Chester refusing new Welsh patients because of not receiving payment?

jimbowParticipantI live in Wrexham— I had to go to Llandudno for a nerve test on a hand. I had to go to Glan Clwyd for a Colonoscopy when there is a brand new Endoscopy Unit in Wrexham Maelor. The NHS under Welsh Labour is chronic.

I’m glad they sent you to Glan Clwyd for your colonoscopy Jimbow. Really would not fancy a tube that’s been put up your backside being put down mine or anyone else’s throat!! 😂

There’s an eye unit at the Maelor, but they send me to Abergele because they’re specialists and thus the best people for the job. It would be nice not to have these journeys, but we’re getting treatment. The Tories just think that the NHS is one big mistake to be done away with.
